Sales Our Puppies... All puppies will come with AKC registration
papers and up-to-date on shots. To Hold a Puppy... A $500 deposit is required to hold any available
puppy until it is ready to go to it's new home. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and can be made through
Paypal. We prefer that you pay the remaining balance in cash when you pick the puppy up. However, if you
require the puppy to be shipped, the remaining balance plus shipping can be paid through Paypal. There
is an additional 3% charge added to the remaining balance and shipping if you pay through Paypal. There is no 3% charge
on the deposit. Shipping... Puppies can be picked up locally for free or shipped for a fee. Shipping is typically around $300, but
may vary depending on the size/age of the Frenchie. Puppies are typically flown out of Jacksonville,
FL (JAX). Shipping includes Puppy, Crate, and Health Certificate (Vet check). Guarantee - We offer a 1 year Health Guarantee against life-threatening genetic defects.
- It
is the responsibility of the Buyer to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving
the puppy or this Health Guarantee is Null and Void.
- All puppies will get a Health Check/Certificate
from a licensed veterinarian before any flight.
- If your licensed veterinarian finds any life-threatening
health issue within the 48 hour period, immediate notification must be sent to the Seller. The puppy
can be returned to the Seller for refund or replacement. All expenses are the responsibility of the Buyer.
- Seller
guarantees a Healthy pet, but cannot guarantee ultimate size, shape, color, or temperament of the puppy.
- Any
disorder or problems brought on by environmental factors are not the Seller’s responsibility.
- Buyer
acknowledges that pets sometimes need to be taken to the vet for various reasons. All expenses are Buyer’s
responsibility.
- This Guarantee does not cover any condition that is considered common in the Bulldog breed,
including, but not limited to, stenotic nares (partially closed nostrils), elongated soft palate, cherry eyes, entropion,
loose hips, and skin allergies. Undescending testicles and hernias are also not covered.
- This
Guarantee does not cover fleas, ticks, ear mites, coccidia, or kennel cough (all of which can be contracted during flights).
- By purchasing a puppy from us, Buyer agrees and accepts all of the terms of this Health Guarantee.
